What does "chief of staff" mean here?

A chief of staff does not replace the general counsel or the CMO. They make sure the right things happen in the right order, without the chief executive having to chair every meeting. Same job here. Your attorney runs the case. Your agent finds the apartment. Your designer furnishes it. We hold the whole picture, decide what does not need you, and bring you the short list that does.

Do you replace my lawyer or my therapist?

No. Legal strategy stays with your lawyer, and the emotional work stays with whoever you trust for it. We run the practical layer around both, and where the work touches your counsel's, we coordinate with their office.
Who will I actually be working with?

Vicki runs every intake and triage personally, so the plan for your first ninety days is hers. From month four, one named lead stays on your account through the rebuild. Today that is Vicki. As The Second Set takes on more clients it may be someone she has trained and works alongside, and you will be told who before anything moves.
What does the home stand-up include?

Everything that makes a new place livable on day one. You approve a single curated cart covering kitchen, bedding, bath, and the small things nobody remembers until they need them. We source everything and set it up before you walk in.
How much does it cost?

Every engagement begins with a flat-fee triage, quoted in full before we begin, and from month four the rebuild runs as a monthly membership. The model sets out what each phase covers. We give you the numbers on the first call.
How quickly can you set up a new home?

The stand-up typically runs two to four weeks from kickoff, and the unpack itself is done in a day. Timelines compress when a lease or closing date demands it.
